1. 48V new batteries require charger parameters, with a maximum voltage of 58.5-59.7, not less than 58V. Charging below 58V may cause insufficient charging, while charging above 59.7V may cause the lights to not turn. The current of the rotating light is about 0.4-0.7A, and the actual voltage is about 55.5V. If it is lower than 50V, it will cause insufficient charging and result in battery depletion during long-term charging.
2. 4820 batteries require a maximum charging current of 2.4-3.3A. Charging below 2.2A is slow and the charging effect is poor.
3. Chargers priced below 30 yuan in the market have low actual power and imprecise parameter designs. Please pay attention to differentiation.
4. The failure of the charger voltage regulator circuit can cause an output voltage of 75-130V, and the charging battery will become hot and not turn the light.
5. When a new battery appears, the range of the 20A battery is less than 30 kilometers, and the 12A battery is less than 25 kilometers. Please check the various parameters of the charger. If it cannot be determined, please replace it with a high-quality charger and use it again to solve the problem.
6. When the new battery encounters a non rotating light, please replace it with another high-quality charger to test the machine.
7. Under normal circumstances. The charging time of the 4820 new battery is about 10 hours, with a range of 40-60 kilometers. The charging time of the 4812 new battery is about 10 hours, with a range of 25-40 kilometers. If the normal charging time exceeds this, please replace it with a high-quality charger and use it again.
8. Many chargers have aging internal circuits and input-output connections, causing them to sometimes be able to charge and sometimes unable to charge. Serious impact on the battery, or circuit failure during charging, resulting in charging drum. If this situation occurs, please directly replace it with a high-quality charger and use it again.
